In order to expedite the processing of a variety of applications, this site contains copies of Visa Application, ‘’Laissez-Passer’’ and Life Certificate forms that can be printed, filled out by applicants and sent either by fax or by mail. Please note that the sending of duly completed forms does not exempt the sender from personally signing them at the Consular Section (as is the case of Life Certificates), nor does it imply automatic granting of visas. The only purpose of the printed forms posted in this website is to process the required information in advance in order to minimize the time that users of consular services will have to spend at the Consular Section.
